Sara Leicht has proudly called Sarasota home since 1999, when she and her husband, Greg, relocated from the Boston area to raise their three sons. With deep roots in both New England and Southwest Florida, Sara brings a lifelong appreciation for coastal living, community, and lifestyle-focused real estate.

A graduate of the University of Massachusetts Isenberg School of Business with a degree in marketing, Sara has been a licensed Realtor since 2003. She has consistently ranked among the top agents in Sarasota, earning a place in the Top 100 Realtors out of more than 3,600 local agents and receiving the prestigious Five Star Best in Client Satisfaction Award every year from 2009 through 2022. Her career includes top-level success with Michael Saunders & Company and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, where she was ranked #3 out of 1,800 Florida agents.

In 2017, Sara and her husband Greg, a licensed real estate broker, founded their own full-service brokerage, SaraSellsSarasota.com, combining decades of experience with a personalized, client-first approach.

With over 25 years of experience buying and selling real estate herself, Sara specializes in waterfront properties, golf course communities, downtown condominiums, family neighborhoods, and luxury homes throughout Sarasota and the barrier islands. As a longtime homeowner, investor, and empty nester, she understands the evolving housing needs of her clients and is known for her courteous, dependable, and caring service.
